Description

Offered tanks truck from 3 000 l to 17 000 l capacity are equipped with milk collecting system and they are mounted on the various types of chassis according to customers wishes for example .: DAF, IVECO, ISUZU, MAN, MAZ, MERCEDES, MITSUBISHI, RENAULT, SCANIA, VOLVO etc.

The tank is made of stainless steel (quantity of chambers and their capacity to agree with Customers). Outer surfaces are made with round-spotted or grinded technology (according to needs of customers).
The section of tank can be elliptical,round or suitcase type.
The elliptical section- ensures a low center of mass, designed impact on improving the traction qualities of the vehicle. The elliptical cross-section ensures durability and reliability of body structure


The insulation  is made  of polyurethane foam. An insulation polyurethane foam of 60 mm thickness - 25% more effective than the standard insulation from  other manufacturers.
The insulation protects from temperature changes – maximum 1oC after about ten hours of standstill when the temperature difference between product and ambient is 300C.

The tank is equipped with cleaning system CIP.
The frame and support elements (saddles)are made with zinc plate or stainless steel .
The ladder and walkway are non-slip, made in accordance with applicable standards is fixed on the side or on the top of tank. The top manhole ø 500  with cover and air eliminator for every chamber. Drain tubes connected with the collector. The side cabin made with stainless steel ( heated) closed by divided door , mounted on shock absorbers Novibra – one chamber for measurement system. Using NOVIBRA shock absorbers eliminates vibrations for control-measuring devices , increasing its reliability.
Tanks trucks are equipped with direct milk collecting system with control- measure device WSK KROSNO, Proces Data, ACRAM, that can be made in various versions in compliance with customers requests.

Hydraulic pump with impeller , capacity 30 000 l/h. It’s possible install PROVAC vacuum-pressure system of high capacity  to 60 000 l/h
Air Separator
The modern separator of 70 l capacity , number 1 in Europe, that ensures precise measurement, the separator is  fitted with cleaning valve, air elimination valve and air elimination duct, its construction design ensures reliability in all working conditions and ease of cleaning of its individual elements and maintain high hygiene of  separator
