They are one of main gas turbines assembly called as combustion turbine or turbo-combustion engine. Gas turbines are used in production of electric and thermal energy and also in water and overland transport. Made from high grade heat- proof steel INCONEL type.
The main material used to production is HASTELLOY X sheet metal about thickness 3,17 mm and 4,76 mm in dependence from kind of nozzles.
All joints are checking on circumstance of cracks and welding defects using RTG method and fluorescence. The final stage of production is thermal processing in vacuums stove and final mechanical processing.
