Produced about various capacity 1600, 2100, 2600, 3200, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000, 10 000 litres in 2 and 4 milking version. On individual orders we produce up to 30 000 litres.
The milk cooling tanks work in the direct expansion of cooling system as follows the milk is cooled directly by walls of evaporator that is placed on the bottom of the tank.

This type of milk cooling tank is equipped in modern steering unit which control cooling process, washing process as well as water heating up process used to washing the tank.
Additionally tank can be equipped in electronic measurement of milk quantity.
Milk cooling tank in 2 milking version is destined to cooling of milk in two portions it means every day. Applied cooling unit allows on chilling once quantity represent 1/2 of nominal capacity of tank in maximum 3 hours time from temperature 35° C to 4° C (effective time of cooling first portion of milk is shorter than 2,5 h).
Milk cooling tank in 4 milking version is destined to cooling of milk in four portions it means every second day. Applied cooling unit allows on chilling once quantity represent 1/4 of nominal capacity of tank in maximum 3 hours time from temperature 35° C to 4° C (effective time of cooling first portion of milk is shorter than 2,5 h).
Particularly important fact is, that in cooling set there is a container with cooling factor as well as thermostatic expansion valve, which allows on precise dosage of cooling factor suitably to demand quantity. It has the direct influence on lowering the exploitation costs and extension the vitality of cooling unit.

• High efficency of refrigerating system.
• Special construction of evaporator (honeycomb) made with laser welding process, that increases the fatigue strength of evaporator and influence longer life of evaporator.
• Useing the tank, refrigerator and thermostatic expansion valve can let the batching of refrigerant to the evaporator with the high precision that cause the longer life of device High quality of refrigerating unit and cooling automatics.
• Shape of blades and rotation of agitator.
• Very low energy consumption. The energy consumption does not exceed 0,015-0,017 kW/l for cooling 1 liter of milk at the ambient temperature 32°C.
• Easy using and technical maintenance.
• The maintenance of milk cooling tanks as follows:
  • Connecting end of hose of milking installation,
  • Turn bottom on the control box at the suitable position,
  • Open and close drain valve.
• Ecological refrigerant.
• Very good thermal insulation. The temperature rise of stored milk is 1oC when the refrigerating unit is switched off ,but in milk cooling tanks made by WSK “PZL-Krosno”S.A, the temperature does not exceed 0,6-0,7oC during 4 hours, in compliance with PN/A-55557 Standard.
• Ecological thermal insulation. The insulation is made with polyurethane foam process without freon.
• Modern electronic controlling enables:
  • Controlling refrigerating systems with displaying updated temperature of milk during cooling,
  • Periodical agitating of cooled milk during storage ( when the refrigerating unit is switched off, work time of agitator is 4 minutes, time out 40 minutes,
  • Switch on the agitator at the suitable time for 3 minutes, for example before milk collecting and sample taking.
• The whole tank with its equipment is made of stainless steel (except refrigerating unit). Using of stainless, acid-proof steel enables User to keep easily a good hygiene conditions of milk cooling tanks.
