Milk collecting systems are mounted on tunk trucks and in dairies as a stationary milk collecting system. Systems are made from steel stainless AISI 304, according with international norms. Systems are adapted to washing in CIP instalation.
Milk collecting system is equipped in measuring apparatus, which makes possible to measure milk quantity and temperature.
In case of exceed established parameters (the milk temperature) the computer blocks further milk collecting process.
System enables also automatic taking of representative samples with hand or automatic exchange of the containers the aim of laboratory inspection.
On basis of information accumulated on steering unit during milk collecting, the system makes possible printout of data on therma printer as the receipts and the summary compositions.
Moreover accumulated data in steering unitl can be transfer to central computer of dairy across special memory cassettes, GSM net, WiFi or via cable. In dependence from custumer’s needs WSK offers systems about efficiency from 24 000 - 75 000 l / h.
Systems about large efficiencies such as PROVAC where milk is sucked to air eliminator through vacuum produced by special ejectors drive by compressed air delivered from pneumatic installation of chassis or produced through vacuums pump. These systems are destinate for installations exacting the high efficiency of milk loading or unloading.
We are the only producer of vacuum systems in Poland. Vacuum systems do not have the milk pump and other whirling elements which can damage structure of received substance.
All offered by WSK „PZL- KROSNO” S.A. milk systems have the EC agreement certificate, testifying about fulfilment the requirements, requested from installations to continuous and dynamic quantity measurement of liquids different than the water, according with European directive MID (2004/22 / the WE).
