Milk Collecting Systems

WSK is a producer of professional milk collecting systems which are mounted on tunk trucks and in dairies as a stationary milk collecting system. Offered systems with impeller drive have efficiency from 12 000 to 30 000 l/h.
In this system milk is sucked to air eliminator through pump driven by rubber rotor or decentralizing pump with rotor made from stainless steel.

The milk installation has the EC agreement certificate, testifying about fulfilment the requirements, requested from installations to continuous and dynamic quantity measurement of liquids different than the water, according with European directive MID (2004/22 / the WE).

System do autocysterny

This type of systems allows to collect and the measurement of quantity milk taken directly from the supplier. The additional accessories extend possibility of systems about samples taking, printout of data, supplier’s identifications data according to geographical co-ordinates (GPS), data transmission to computer centre by GSM or joint RS232, segregations of milk and many different functions.

System is made from steel stainless AISI 304, made according with international norms.
System is adapted to washing in CIP instalation and can be installed to already existing system. This system can co-operate with different individuals steering for examples PD 210, PD 4000, ACRAM - AMU, EBNER, MAK 3002.

Description:

The milk is sucked to air eliminator through impeller pump driven from hydraulic drive installed on a car. In air eliminator the air is separated from milk, with continuous measurement its level.
Then pump presses milk through measuring head of magnetic- inductive flow measurement to suitable chamber which is chosen by the driver.

This system is dedicated for installations which require of high efficiency
during collecting or unloading of milk.

Basic system consists from:

  • air eliminator,
  • filter,
  • impeller pump driven from hydraulic drive,
  • temperature sensor,
  • magnetic- inductive flow measurement (MID),
  • steering individual,
  • valves set,
  • control case.

Additionsl system elements:

  • thermal printer,
  • temperature and pH sensor,
  • supplier’s code reader,
  • GPS receiver to identification of supplier’s position,
  • high efficiency filter made from stainless steel,
  • passive / active steering of the valves in arrangement of segregation of milk,
  • thermal printer of barcodes for sample bottles identification,
  • set of system remote control,
  • interface RS232 to data transmission to/from computer centre,
  • module of radio broadcast of data GSM/GPRS,
  • software manageress of data transmission,
  • automatic sampler in spiral set XY,
  • automatic set of bottles cooling warehouses (spiral warehouse, grommet ring or XY).
Stationary impeller

Stationary system is used to pre- pumping milk from tank truck to tanks in point of purchase or dairy with simultaneous measurement of quantity. The additional accessories extend possibility of systems about samples taking, printout of accumulated data, data transmission to computer centre by GSM or the private joint RS232, segregations of milk and many different functions.

Stationary system is installed on solid construction or on carriageable trolley. The equipment is placed on assembly plate, on which the individual elements of system are together with valves set and connecting elements.
