Tank trucks, tank-trailers and semitraliers

Tanks about any capacity destined to milk transportation as well as other liquid food products such as food oil, chocolate, starch product.

We produce tanks in frame version or as semitrailers mounted on any types of truck chassises, trailers or semitrailers. In dependence from use and and customer's needs we produce insulated or not insulated about about circular section, elliptical or coffer shape. Outer surface can be round- spotted or grinded. We offer as well tank- trailers with heating system for products as chocolate, oil and tank-trailers with cooling system applied to far distance transport of substance.

Description
  • Tank is made of stainless steel (quantity of chambers and their capacity to agree with Customer).
  • The heat insulation ( with compliance with ATP standard) made of polyurethane foam, thickness 60 mm, protects from changes of temperature maximum 1oC after twenty hours of standstill when the temperature difference between product and ambient is 300C.
  • Outer surface can be round- spotted or grinded.
  • manhole to every chamber Ø 500, the inner tank can be divided into many chambers. Each of them has got the separate manhole.
  • Anti-slip service platform and climbing ladder, placed on the side or on the top of tank.
  • Manhole in every chamber.
  • Flexible connection of drain installation that can make possible the connect with tank trucks
  • Cleaning installation ( clean heads are mounted in every chamber) with connected t-piece to cleaning system.
  • Box for drain hoses.


The tank is made according to European Common Market standard i.e. all inner weldings are polished by the surface class 2B. We manufacture special tanks too that have additional accessories for example: foam devices for Fire Brigade.
