Tank trucks are destined to multifunctional collecting and milk transportation.
We offer tanks truck about any capacity mounted on different types of chassises of trucks and trailers both new and used. Our tanks truck are especially adapted to customer's needs and requirements.

Description

Offered tank trucks with milk collecting system about capacity from 3 000 to 17 000 litres are mounted on various types of chassises according to customers wishes, for example: DAF, IVECO, ISUZU, KAMAZ, MAN, MAZ, MERCEDES, MITSUBISHI, RENAULT, SCANIA, VOLVO etc.
Tank is made of stainless steel (quantity of chambers and their capacity to agree with Customer). External surface is made with round-spotted or grinded technology (according to customer needs). We offer tanks about circular section, elliptical or coffer shape.
The insulation (according to ATP standard ) is made of polyurethane foam. The insulation protects from temperature changes – maximum 1oC after few hours of transport or standstill when the temperature difference between product and ambient is 30 oC.

Milk is pumped using impeller or decentralizing pump of capacity from 24 000l/h to 30 000l/h. There is also a possibility of assembly underpressure pumping system PREVAC about high efficiency (up to 60 000l/h) and vacuum system about efficiency up to 45 000l/h.

Tank trucks are equipped with direct milk collecting system with control- measuring device from ACRAM- Italy, Ultracust/Bartec- Germany, Process Data- Denmark, Poul Tarp- Denmark, EBNER Electronic- Austria, which can be made in various configurations adapted to customer's wishes severally.

The milk installation has the EC agreement certificate, testifying about fulfilment the requirements, requested from installations to continuous and dynamic quantity measurement of liquids different than the water, according with European directive MID (2004/22 / the WE).

Therefore our measuring devices can be used to settle accounts with milk suppliers.

The automatic samples taker hand operate or automatic substituting of bottles, permits to self- actively taking of representative sample, identification ang preservation in chilled to 4 oC isothermal chamber.

The computer on basis of accumulated data (pump efficiency, capacity of bottle on sample, waited quantity of milk taken) it counts work parameters of samples taker, indispensable to correct filling up the bottle.


The elements of milk collecting system are placed in side cabin, situated from the right side of vehicle cabin. Cabin has heating connected to cooling engine installation.
It is possible on customer's wish to install the independent system of heating of cabin Ebespaecher or Webasto. Cabin also has internal lighting and divided door closed with lock.

  • Anti-slip service platform and climbing ladder, placed on the side or on the top of tank.
  • Side cabinet made of stainless steel (heated) closed with divided door, mounted on NOVIBRA shock- absorber, in which there is mounted direct milk collecting system with control- measuring device from ACRAM- Italy, Ultracust/Bartec- Germany, Process Data- Denmark, Poul Tarp- Denmark, EBNER Electronic- Austria, which can be made in various configurations adapted to customer's wishes severally.
  • Lighting of cabinet
  • Heating of interior cabinet by heater supplied from engine block or installing the independent cabin heating system such as Ebespaecher or Webasto. Steering of heating system can be proceed from interior of the driver's cabin or from control box
  • Manhole to every chamber Ø 500
  • Covers of manholes with air vents. The suitable construction of air vents provides to protect before underpressure and hypertension as well as getting through dirts and insects to interior of the tank.
  • Isolated realesed pipes connected with cumulative collector.
  • Lead the collector to filling up the trailer (option)
