Mobile milk cooling tanks type SMM

The mobile closed cooling tanks are designed to cooling and storage of chilled milk on the pasture and they can be placed where there is no power supply.

These cooling tanks work in direct cooling system. Milk is cooled directly by walls of the evaporator which is placed on the bottom of the tank. All the elements which have direct contact with consumable products are made from stainless steel AISI 304.
The tank has got an isothermal insulation about thickness to 110 mm made of fully ecological polyurethane foam.
Cooling tanks fulfil the requirement of ISO 5708-1983 norm and they can work in 2, 3 and 4 milkings system in dependence of custumer wish.

Description

This cooling tank consists from:

  • Tank, cooling unit and automatic washing system. Cooling unit works on ecological phreon R404A.
  • Chassis (trailer) adapted to transport of cooling tank on the pasture.
  • The aggregate the designed to electric the power supply of cooling aggregate prądotwórczy.
  • Plastic container capacity of 200 l for water destined to washing of cooling tank.

  • Possibility of using during the summer on the pasture and in the winter in the room of milk poultry, after taking off the milk cooling tank from the trailer.
  • Full automation work on the pasture.
  • Possibility of milk transportation directly from the pasture to the dairy ( the maximum speed by full tank up to 25 km / h).
  • Automatic cleaning of the tank.
  • High efficiency of cooling system.
  • Special construction of evaporator (honeycomb) made with laser welding process, that increases the fatigue strength of evaporator and influence the longer life of evaporator.
  • Using the tank, refrigerator and thermostatic expansion valve enable the batching of refrigerant to the evaporator with the high precision that influence the longer life of device.
  • High class cooling unit and cooling automatics - using of cooling factor and thermostatics valve helps on precise dosage of cooling factor to the evaporator,which causes longer time of exploitation of device.
  • Shape of blades and rotation of agitator.
  • Easy using and technical maintenance.
  • Ecological refrigerant.
  • Very good thermal insulation, the temperature rise of stored milk when the refrigerating unit is switched off is defined with PN/A-55557 standard, the temperature does not exceed 0,5 oC during 4 hours.
  • Ecological thermal insulation, made with polyurethane foam process without freon.
  • Modern electronic controlling - enables:
    • Controlling refrigerating systems with displaying updated temperature of milk during cooling
    • Periodical mixing of cooled milk during storage ( when the refrigerating unit is switched off, work time of agitator is 4 minutes, time out 40 minutes
    • Switch on the agitator at the suitable time for 3 minutes, for example before milk collecting and sample taking.
  • Tank and all the elements which have direct contact with consumable products are made from stainless steel. Use stainless steel permits to keep very easily hygienic conditions.
